EMPC 2027 Call for Papers

The EMPC 2027 seeks original, noncommercial papers describing research and innovations in all areas of electronics packaging and system integration. Authors are invited to submit an abstract describing recent work. Abstracts must detail the objectives of the work presented and demonstrate new results.

Abstract Submission

The content must be original (previously ­unpublished), non-confidential and non-commercial. Maximum abstract length: 500 words. The upload of two figures is optional. 

Proceedings

Accepted contributions will be published in the conference proceedings, and archived in IEEE

Xplore (provided they comply with specifications) and IMAPSource (open source). EMPC papers can be searched through IEEE, Google scholar and other search engines.
