Cancellation Policy for Exhibitors and Sponsors
The cancellation policy for exhibitors and sponsorships that include an exhibition booth is as follows: If canceled before April 30, 2027, a cancellation fee of 30% of the package price will be charged. After April 30, 2027, we no longer accept cancellations. Until June 15, 2027, we only accept transfers to a replacement company or individual provided by you. After the replacement's registration, we will refund 70% of the fees. The new exhibitor and/or sponsor with an exhibition booth must pay the regular price and provide customized materials (e.g., logo, back-wall design, company information) by the time they register as a replacement. After June 15, 2027, we no longer accept transfers. The full price of the booked package must be paid.
The cancellation policy for sponsorships that do not include an exhibition booth in the package is as follows: If canceled before April 30, 2027, a cancellation fee of 30% of the package price must be paid. If canceled before June 15, 2027, a cancellation fee of 60% of the expense allowance must be paid. After June 15, 2027, we no longer accept cancellations. The full price of the booked package must be paid.
