Registration

The prices are gross amounts. VAT is determined by the place where the service is provided. As the conference will take place in Ingolstadt, German VAT of 19% will be charged on all conference tickets.

Fees cover access to all sessions, the exhibition, the conference dinner and the conference proceedings.

* The early bird rate is available until May 31, 2027.
** For every accepted paper one person from the group of authors will have to register at the speaker rate.
*** The student rate applies to full-time Bachelor’s and Master’s students only.

Cancellation policy for participants:
From the date registration opens until August 6, 2027 anyone can cancel their registration and would just incur a 50 € cancellation fee. AFTER August 6, 2027 we no longer accept cancellations, we only accept transfers. Meaning that if you were no longer able to attend but your colleague wanted to come he / she could take over your registration. At that point we would just change the name and contact information for that registration ID. Again, AFTER August 7, 2027 we do not refund anyone's registration if a person is unable to attend. We do, however, still send the person the proceedings.
